What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone known for its brilliance and fire. It is very hard and durable, so it is well suited to jewelry you wear every day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order across the United States. We also ship to selected international regions; international shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment (not on weekends or public holidays). Delivery within the US usually takes 7–10 business days. International delivery times depend on customs and local couriers.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order ships we email you the tracking details.

How do I order a custom name pendant?

Open the name pendant you like, choose your options, type the name exactly as you want it in the Name on Pendant box and add it to your cart. Please double-check spelling and capital letters before checking out.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Please read our full Refund Policy before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at info@thejewelryhub.shop so we can make it right.

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by your country are not included in our prices or shipping and are the customer’s responsibility.
